INFORMATION DAY FROM THE UKRAINIAN CLUSTER ALLIANCE FOR POLYGRAPHISTS OF DNIPR

News

The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance is a union of Ukrainian organizations for the development of the cluster movement and the growth of the economy.

On August 4, 2022, the coordinators of the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance, with the support of the European Union, within the framework of the project “Internalization of the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance: improving the direct dialogue between European and Ukrainian professional communities during the war” held a strategic session for the participants of the Printing Industry, Publishing and Digital Technologies Cluster.

The participants of KPI VCT together with experts discussed the key current problems of the domestic cluster community and ways to overcome them, the mechanisms of development of public-private partnership in the conditions of martial law and the post-war recovery economy. Online communication made it possible to identify new ways and methods of improving intercluster cooperation.

The plan of the strategic session:

  1. Development of a business model of the cluster
  2. Development of a strategic matrix based on SWOT and PESTLE analysis
  3. Formation of strategic goals, tasks and indicators.

This is a new experience for the cluster: these are really innovative and promising practices, because they contribute to the establishment of broad international communications.

The strategic sessions are supported by the program “EU4Business: Competitiveness and Internationalization of SMEs”, which is jointly funded by the European Union and the German government and implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The goal of the project is to create better conditions for the development of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises, support innovation and stimulate exports, which is the way to sustainable and uniform economic growth.

EU4Business is an initiative of the European Union that helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the countries of the Eastern Partnership – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine.
