On January 24, 2023, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Bilotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the DZVO “UMO” of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the person of Victoria Sydorenko, director of BINPO, and Natalia Isaeva, head of the Public Organization “Cluster of Printing Industry, Publishing Houses and Digital Technologies” Printing: Logistics, Service , quality” (hereinafter KPI VCT “Printing: logistics, service, quality”).
Today, it is human potential that determines the prestige and future of the state. Education in Ukraine is a strategic resource not only for improving the well-being of people, but also for ensuring national interests, strengthening the authority and competitiveness of the state in the international arena. Through educated specialists, the transfer of the latest production and digital technologies is ensured, which, in turn, determines economic development.
When signing the Memorandum, the parties decided that it would be expedient to cooperate with the aim of achieving common statutory tasks, implementing state policy in the field of training qualified personnel and developing educational and scientific processes aimed at coordinating joint actions of employers and higher education institutions to ensure the quality and competitiveness of qualified personnel at the domestic and foreign labor markets, development of fundamental and applied scientific research, external integration, monitoring of employers’ requirements, quality of education and employment of graduates with the participation of employers.
